I FEEL GOOD. I FEEL BETTER THAN JAMES BROWN

COMMANDER IN CHIEF, COMMAND!

I was attending Mardi Gras with Fidel Castro

Cross-dressers threw fake gold coins to our feet

as we disscussed the fate of the revolution.

Suddenly CIA men tried to stab us with fountain pens.

Fidel blew from his cigar and inmobilized the lot of them.

Nineteen tequilas later we had a deal:

Havana goes back to the mob

and Fidel and I open a chain

of Kentucky Fried Chicken shops.

Ain't life sweet?

I feel good, I feel better than James Brown.

I feel better now, I feel better than James Brown.

How do you feel?

The view from my window

This is central La Habana

People in uniforms always look good in photographs, don't they.

In Habana near the airport

In Baracoa

Is cool uniforms!

Hi, friends and family! This is my new blog about my last holidays in La Habana and Baracoa, both in Cuba.
It was the first time I went there and did not know what to expect really. But everything was just fine, Cubans are a very happy, inventive and warm people who make up for what they lack because of the communist regime and the commercial embargo imposed by the U.S. A.
